Yes. sXai uses an external AI service to provide concise replies and to prepare a project brief only after you explicitly submit the requirement. Chat history is linked to this browser profile rather than an account. Inactive unsubmitted chats may be retained for up to 180 days, and no automated WhatsApp message is sent.
